A Fireplace, Stove or an Outdoor Kitchen, FLAME-TECH® has something for all your needs
Gas logs provide dramatic realism, from the lifelike ceramic fiber, concrete or refractory logs down to the glowing embers. These log sets have a burner that uses either natural gas or propane. Propane and natural gas fireplace inserts are an affordable way to revamp your existing fireplace.
All wood stoves and wood fireplace inserts manufactured and sold today in the United States are required to meet strict emission standards and to be certified by EPA. An example of this technology is the two types of EPA-certified wood stoves and fireplace inserts — Catalytic and Non-Catalytic. Catalytic wood stoves and fireplace inserts have honeycombed chambers coated with a metal catalyst (usually platinum or palladium) that works to increase the rate of combustion. The catalytic combustor burns away gases and particulate that would normally be emitted into the air.
Pellet stoves burn "pellets", which are made from recycled sawdust, wood shavings, corn, walnut and peanut shells, and similar biomass wastes that are ground up, compressed, and extruded. The 3/8" to 1" long pellets look like rabbit feed and are sold in 40-pound bags. Pellets turn wastes that would otherwise be dumped at landfills into energy, lessening our dependence on oil.
Electric fireplaces provide the newest, cutting-edge electric firebox designs for contemporary spaces, available in multiple finishes from Burnished Walnut, Oak, and more. The layers of special glass are illuminated from below and refract and reflect the light, resulting in a warm captivating glow.
